Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
Stevens Aviation's Non-Destructive Testing techniques are offered with the safety and cost-efficiency of your aircraft in mind. We use eddy current, liquid penetrant and magnetic particle testing to identify parts that need to be replaced due to flaws undetectable by visual inspection. Non-destructive testing can diagnose imperfections deep in the metal, fatigue cracks and very light surface corrosion before additional, more costly damage can occur to the aircraft or its parts.
Our Level III Non-Destructive Testing Manager has over 25 years with Stevens Aviation, 20 of which are in NDT. He personally oversees all testing procedures to ensure quality service and customer care. Furthermore, we have additional certified technicians on-site to insure the high level of service you expect from Stevens Aviation.
